Seasick Steve on La Blogotheque

I've been a big fan for a while of the Take Away Shows that star some of the most known and up-and-coming musical artists playing their music in interesting locations around the world (read: not on a stage).

The recent videos of the delightfully rough around the edges Seasick Steve really embody what makes the shows so amazing. Not only is the music fantastic, but every frame of the video looks like it could be a standalone photograph worth framing.

Here are the two videos, but for higher quality, downloads, and more shows check out the La Blogotheque site. And if you have an iPod, make sure you subscribe to their podcast.

Seth Godin's Alternative MBA (Apply if You Can Swing It)

Seth Godin is providing an opportunity for a small group of people to have a 6 month internship with him. If selected, you will get to work for, with and learn from one of the best marketing minds of our time.

The internship will be unpaid, in New York, and starting in January, but if you are a marketing nerd who can swing something like that, you better apply.

Get all the details here, and let me know if you get a spot in the program (so I can live vicariously through you).

Gorgeous WordPress Templates that are Worth Paying For

Graph Paper Press Templates

I ran across the Graph Paper Press site today and I was delighted to see someone working hard creating fantastic looking WordPress templates that are worth paying for. Truly delightful to look at...and based off the features listed, look like they would be fun to use as well.

Check them out, and if anyone has gotten a chance to use one of these templates, please let me know how it's working for you.
