Getting Ready to Go...

So this is my week to get ready to move to Barcelona for a month. Needless to say, there are a number of things I need to get figured out, lined up, purchased, fixed, etc. before I go.

Today was the big day of running errands, the first of which was to take my car into the dealership to get my front brakes replaced, an oil change, and a couple other things flushed and fixed. The one thing I always love about taking my car in for repair is getting a loaner car for the day...but only because I get a car that's much nicer than the one I am dropping off.

Today the dealership outdid themselves. Here is a picture of today's loaner:

That's right, a BMW 335xi...it had under 2,000 miles on it.

So today it was me, 300 horses and 2 turbos running around town getting stuff done, going to Kristi's office to meet her for lunch, and taking a jaunt into the mountains to, um, drive. Turns out driving though a tunnel in the thing makes it sound like a race car. Awesome.
